SWIM LESSONS REDUCE THE RISK OF DROWNING
In this level we are working with students to get them acquainted with the water as well as water safety. Skills we will be working on include putting our faces in the water, floating, and kicking.
In this level we will review water safety as well as work on the basics for the following strokes: front crawl, breast, and back.
In this level we are fine tuning all swimming strokes as well as rhythmic breathing, and diving.
Three sessions of group lessons will be offered. Each session is eight 30 minute classes. Classes will be held Mondays thru Thursdays with Fridays being a make up day. All group lessons will be limited to 8 students, and require a minimum of 5 students.
We will also offer Private Lessons to those who are interested. In order to take Private Lessons, the student must take a minimum of 3 classes. All classes will be 30 minutes long and will be scheduled at a time that is convenient to the student and instructor.
