Aquatic Management Services has great Lifeguard opportunities available for the 2007 swim season.  Currently, we are hiring for the follow positions:

• Swim Lesson Instructors

Why work for Aquatic Management Services?  The answer is easy.  We treat our employees in the same way we treat our customers.  You are the most important part to the success of Aquatic Management Services.  To make this the best summer job for our Lifeguards, we provide two (2) separate sessions of training prior to the start of your employment.  This training is based around introducing our Lifeguards to our company policies and procedures.  We also spend time training each employee on the facility they will work at during the summer.

Too often, many people that have worked in this industry as a Lifeguard are not given this essential training prior to the start of their employment.  Such a lack of training leads to employees that are unable to perform the necessary duties on a daily basis and creates unhappy customers.  Aquatic Management Services is committed to providing our Lifeguards with the necessary training PRIOR to the start of your employment so that you can perform the job up to our standards and enjoy your summer as a Lifeguard.

Becoming a lifeguard is not as difficult as you might think.  Here are the basic requirements:

• You must me 15 years of age
• You must get a Lifeguard Training, CPR for the Professional Rescuer and First Aid Certifications from the American Red Cross.  Aquatic Management Services offers these training courses.  Please check out our list of Lifeguard Training Classes for the schedule and pricing
• You must have reliable transportation to the facility you are placed
• You must be excited about Lifeguarding and attend our Company Training Courses.
